The Emma Silk Veils

Firm silk veil The real Emma- my daughter in her white firm silk single layer organza edge veil

The Silk Veils are called the Emma Veil, they are made from two different types of silk, the soft & the firm

silk.  They are the most luxurious of all the veils.

Below there is a video explaining the difference between the soft and the firm silk

They are aailable in white or ivory
Silk tulle is not as wide as "Normal" tulle - it is 70" approx.- so you cant have a very "big" veil in silk.

DUE to massive rises in postal charges- I will send - free of charge any swatches of the tulles and laces- if you send me an SAE (stamped addressed envelope! )

As you can appreciate I get hundreds of requests for swatches and the amount of requests I get costs so much in postal charges I can no longer send them without the post being paid for.  I will gladly send a nice piece of the tulle, silk or lace - providing you pay the postage.

just mail me or use the contact form and I will give you the address where to send the envelopes. Thanks.

The Firm Silk

This silk comes in ivory & white. It is 70" or 1.9mts - wide. It is not stretchy and so keeps its structure similar to the normal tulle.

Earlier this year I re-created the soft silk veil that The Duchess of Cambridge - Kate Middleton- wore on her wedding.

So here is Maryam from California wearing her soft silk lace drop veil.

The Soft Silk

This silk comes in ivory & white. It is 70" or 1.9mts - wide. It is very stretchy and WILL NOT keep its structure. It will drop in one piece if not kept "out" by a crown or headpiece. Its is truly luxurious and the softest of tulles.
