PLEASE GIRLS!!!! ---- Don't leave your veil until the last minute!!!! Due to massive demand - I really need around 8 weeks - to complete a veil. They are all lovingly hand-made by me and I am having to limit the number of orders I take.

How much are the veils?
All the prices are on theprices page- for different sizes just mail me
How much is the postage and delivery?
The P&P from within the UK is £6 depending on the size of the veil- the larger ones or the heavier lace veils are a little more - just mail me, FOR SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES - JUST MAIL ME.
How are the veils sent?
I send the veils first class recorded delivery. That will mean that they will have to be signed for and I can track their progress in the postal system.
How long does it take to have a veil made?
I would ideally like about 8 weeks to make the veil, however I can make a veil quicker in an emergency !!! BUT I am having to make an extra charge for last minute orders. So after January 2012- there will be an extra charge of £20 for orders to be sent within 3 weeks from order.
How do I order?
When you fill in the contact form let me know what you are looking for and I will reply usually within the day, and we can discuss any queries you might have. Then you can place the order with me over the e-mail. I will then confirm the order and price.
How do I pay?
I have been having lots of problems with the banking of cheques- so i am not not going to be able to accept any more cheques- sorry about that!! Also to try to keep the costs of my veils down I am going to have to make some charges on certain payments--- so as from mid-January 2012 - I am going to be able to accept credit cards - however there will be a charge of 2% on the cost- also due to the massive charges for paypal payments I am also going to have to charge a 2% addition for paypal payments too- I am really sorry but I am trying to keep the costs of my veils as low as possible.
So you can pay me with no extra charges by - postal orders via the post, - direct to my account if you do online banking or can get to your branch- or debit card.
Then also by paypal or credit card but with a 2% extra charge.
Can I request some Swatches?
Yes I can send you swatches no problem- just send me a stamped addressed envelope with a note of what you want (type of tulles and colours) and I will send them. Just fill in the form below and I will mail you the address to send your SAE to.
TERMS & CONDITIONS AND RETURNS
Due to the fact that all the veils are made to order the veil must be paid for in full before shipment.
All the veils are bespoke and are made to your individual order, therefore no refunds can be given. However in the event of the veil to be damaged or not to your specific order, it can be reuturned with 30 days of receipt. However please check your veil immediately you receive it and notify me of any problem. I will not accept any returns after 30 days from receipt.
Dream Veils is exempt from the "Distance Selling Regulations" because all the veils and other items are made to order. For further information see.
