Frequently Asked Questions
How much is the postage and delivery?
The P&P is £5 for anywhere in the uk for veils, for other items please contact me, FOR SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES - JUST MAIL ME.
How are the veils sent?
I send the veils first class recorded delivery. That will mean that they will have to be signed for and I can track their progress in the postal system.
How long does it take to have a veil made?
I would ideally like about 2/3 weeks to make the veil, however I can make a veil quicker in an emergency !!!
How do I order?
When you fill in the contact form let me know what you are looking for and I will reply usually within the day, and we can discuss any queries you might have. Then you can place the order with me over the e-mail. I will then confirm the order and price.
How do I pay?
You can pay me either by paypal or cheque or postal orders via the post.
TERMS & CONDITIONS AND RETURNS
All the veils are bespoke and are made to your individual order, therefore no refunds can be given. However in the event of the veil to be damaged or not to your specific order, it can be reuturned with 30 days of receipt. However please check your veil immediately you receive it and notify me of any problem. I will not accept any returns after 30 days from receipt.
Dream Veils is exempt from the "Distance Selling Regulations" because all the veils and other items are made to order. For further information see.
